Q: What is the status of my order?

A: We are sorry you are having trouble checking out, please note that some discount codes require users to create an account on the site and be logged in upon checkout to utilize the discount code.

A: Yes, we ship worldwide

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: Due to carrier delays please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered.

Q: When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 12pm CST Monday-Friday are processed and shipped within 2 business days of your order date. Orders received over the weekend and holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day of your order date.

Q: What's your return policy?

A: We'll accept in-store exchanges or issue store credit minus shipping costs for unworn, unwashed merchandise with original store tags attached within 10 days of your order date. If you receive an item that is damaged, contact us directly.
